This new three-story office building was built as the corporate headquarters for a Fortune 500 institutional food broker and distributor. The program included a commercial test kitchen, a computer room, a 500 KVA back-up generator, an uninterrupted power supply system, and a corporate health facility.
Required approvals included review by the local Industrial Fund’s architectural committee, as well as all requirements for county and municipal Subdivision, Stormwater, and Land Development. An interior design package incorporating over 120 different floor, ceiling, and wall finishes, was coordinated by the architect for a fast track construction schedule.
