This new 6,000 square foot community center is the hub for a 280-unit planned community of townhomes, retail spaces, condominiums, patio homes, walking trails, a swimming pool, tennis courts and a community playground. The townhomes in this community range in size from 2,100 for a 3 bedroom to 2,400 square feet for a 4 bedroom unit. The townhomes exteriors are constructed of cost effective, maintenance free exterior materials including brick veneer, fiber cement siding, cellular vinyl trim and metal/asphalt shingle roofing.
