This new outpatient medical clinic consists of 9,000 s.f. of renovated space and 7,000 s.f. of new construction. The building program required two minor procedure rooms, an x-ray room and lab, a lasik surgery room, various orthopedic and opthalmological support spaces, a physical therapy wing, approximately 18 physician’s offices, and registration and patient waiting areas.
