This 2,200 sq. ft. Town Hall uses brick and stone sill details near grade
for durability while using a vinyl system higher on the wall, around
windows, and at corners to create an attractive and economical structure.
Simple roof shapes are complimented by wood details at the main entry to give a public scale to this otherwise modest structure which was built within budget. A 1,200 Sq. Ft. Garage for maintenance vehicles was located behind the Town Hall; it is accessed via a separate driveway.
