Formerly the Davis Nursing Home, 185 South Mountain
Blvd., Mountaintop, PA. The master planning for this renovation and addition
project began in 1991. An existing 79-bed, 17,000 square foot nursing home
was developed into a 52,000 square foot health care complex including 108
skilled nursing care beds, 36 personal care beds and various support spaces.
All work took place while the facility was occupied. Work included extensive
site work, regulatory approvals, elevator and other accessibility issues,
commercial kitchen, and challenging implementation issues.
