This new 16,300 sq.
ft. recreation center provides a growing church community with a large
multi-purpose space containing a basketball/volleyball court, bleachers for
500 persons, and a stage area for various types of productions. The building
also houses a racquetball court, an aerobic/weight room, a food and
recreation room, and future offices at a 3,200 sq. ft. mezzanine level. As
part of the site master planning solution, this building is designed to
accommodate up to a 900 person occupancy, and can be used as an alternative
location for interim worship services. Land Development Design Services: The annexation of adjacent land parcels, as well as highway occupancy permits were part of this major land development. The firm typically acts as the prime consultant for land development projects so as to coordinate the land use planning with the specific building requirements. |
